Description: This house was in the Foote family for 9 generations, passing down to the oldest male of the next generation. Over time, the family sold off land and the house remained on an 80 acre parcel in this condition, with an additional 100 acres across the road. The relative who inherited the house sold it on condition that the new owners had to restore the house and keep the land agricultural. Luckily for us, the new owners restored the shell of the house, fixed the beautiful stone foundation, and added double pane windows. We now get to rebuild the interior!
